Brian Wood Automotive - AAA creme de le creme!

Brian Wood Automotive has earned the Automobile Club of Southern California's Approved Auto Repair coveted Quality Service Award for customer satisfaction and service quality.

The Quality Award honorees were selected from approximately 600-plus Approved Auto Repair facilities, which are independent businesses regularly inspected by the Auto Club. To receive an award, a repair shop has to meet extremely stringent Auto Club standards for a consecutive two-year period: no more than one complaint from an Auto Club member, a minimum 99 percent customer satisfaction rating during two consecutive surveys and no facility deficiencies during either of the Auto Club's detailed annual shop inspections or the bimonthly shop reviews.

"Automobiles have become very technologically sophisticated and challenging to repair and maintain," said the AAA-Approved Auto Repair Operations Manager Michael Hoshaw. "These shops are the crème de la crème and exceeded our program's strict requirements. The recipients demonstrate that they possess advanced skill and knowledge and understand how to provide top value and customer service to motorists."

To which he replied, "I know - I already got that side.'
